Perfectus Desktop

Perfectus Desktop is a stand alone version of our sophisticated document process engine. Designed for desktop and remote use, Perfectus Desktop offers a dynamic wizard-based interview and instantly assembles documents on the host computer.

Start and finish in Microsoft Word. Users may use the standard Word interface to select a document process to start the interview process. After completing the data capture Perfectus assembles the answers and base templates and opens the document ready for final amendments in Word.
 
Perfectus Desktop has a flexible design footprint and can be customized to suit a client's requirements.

Perfectus Desktop also offers a mobile option. This is particularly useful in the disconnected environment where users may not have access to the corporate network. Service or sales teams that need to produce documents in the field can have contracts, agreements and forms produced in seconds, in front of the client.
